Shipping Information: Let's Face it, shipping costs and policies on some websites can be rather complicated and confusing at times. Our goal at Tuscan Heights Lavender Gardens is to help you have a pleasant, easy shopping experience without hidden facts and fees. *What are the ship methods available? You have a CHOICE! -We Ship our products via USPS or UPS. We feel UPS is the fastest and safest. USPS is the most cost effective form of shipping. We want our products to arrive to you in the most timely manner and don't end up sitting in a hot warehouse for over a week before they get to you. Shipping time frames are not guaranteed by UPS- but, we have found UPS to be very accurate so far. Unfortunately, if there are problems with the weather, or other disasters previously unforeseen, there may be a shipping delay that is uncontrollable. *How long until we ship your order? -Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Quantities are limited to stock on hand. If you have a larger than normal order, we will do our very best to fill it. However there may be a delay if we are out of stock. We will contact you immediately if that is the case. **Remember Wedding products are shipped within 7-10 days of your order. **Depends on how far away from Whitmore, California you are. UPS Ground: 5-10 working days *How are shipping rates calculated? -Our shipping costs are calculated by each products shipping weight and how far away you are from Tuscan Heights Lavender Gardens in Whitmore, California. We determine the products shipping weight by weighing each product after it is packaged and boxed for shipment. Many of our products are fragile and delicate in nature and may require extra wrapping/boxing in order to get the items to you in the same condition as we shipped them in, often resulting in a heavier ship weight. We do charge a $0.25 per item handling fee per order. Tuscan Heights Lavender Gardens Return Policy: • All returns must be approved by Tuscan Heights Lavender Gardens prior to being sent back. • Tuscan Heights Lavender Gardens will refund the price of the unused and unopened product(s) upon receipt of the item(s). • Items must be received in a resalable condition and accompanied by a copy of original receipt. • A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund • Products must have been purchased within 30 days from the date of your claim. • Opened items can be returned for a store credit, excluding shipping, only if they have not been used. • Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. • Items received as a "gift" cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or store credit. ** Please contact us for more information about our "gift" return policy ** (530) 472-3066 Please contact us before sending anything back to us. For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below: 1) Contact Tuscan Heights Lavender Gardens within 10 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return. Call 530*472*3066 Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time or email returns@tuscanheights.net. 2) We'll give you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with the return address. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box. 3) Please send your return package via UPS in original shipping box. 4) Carefully package the items in the original shipping box using plenty of padding material to protect the contents and include a copy of your invoice. IMPORTANT! Make sure the items are well protected and packaged in the same manner you received them. You must use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund. Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned excluding shipping & 15% restocking fee (including tax, if any). We will charge-back the amount to your credit card. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item to us. Please allow up to 25 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued. | Tuscan Heights Lavender Gardens Wholesale Program / Policy: We offer a Wholesale Program on our Select Bath & Body Products The following "Terms & Conditions" apply: Ordering: You may order via fax, phone, or from your local representative. Please order items in the minimum quantities indicated. Having a nice display of products will help you sell more. Minimum opening order is $100.00. There is a minimum of $75.00 for re-orders. Payment in full is required from all new accounts. Payments made by credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped. Existing customers may request terms once a business relationship has been established, a credit sheet is required. Please allow up to 30-45 days from order date for delivery of products, as we make most everything fresh per order. Testers: Testers are available for Lotions, Creams, Salves, Soaps, and Floral Waters. Testers can be ordered at 1/2 price @ wholesale cost with your first order as long as the minimum quantities are met. Ingredients and Fabrics: We use natural & organic ingredients in all of our products. We've made extensive efforts perfecting our high quality products with such fantastic aroma. All of our products have been test marketed to insure your success. Our fancy fabric is a classy cotton/poly blend. We use Organic Flax seed with our Organic Lavender & Herbal eye & dream pillows. Our organza's and sachets are made with the highest quality materials for long life of the item. Shipping: Tuscan Heights Lavender Gardens & Gifts products are handcrafted and made to order. We can usually ship your order within 30 45 business days but there may be a delay during peak seasons. We will ship via UPS Ground Local Shasta County orders (with in a 50 mile radius of Whitmore, CA) are also made available for delivery and a small delivery fee can be negotiated, or you can arrange for order pick up at the farm at no charge. Returns & Cancellations: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order regarding defective or missing merchandise and we will gladly replace it. NO returns will be accepted with out prior authorization. Please contact us for information on how to return items to us. ALL returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charges (exception: damaged items). If you find you must cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped or has been delivered it is subject to the return policy above. Return requests after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted Requirements: 1. You must submit a copy of your business license and/or retail/resale tax license for your state. 2. You will receive negotiated wholesale rate off the retail prices shown on our price list & web site. You may resell via your retail location only. 3. Wholesale orders must be pre-paid via Credit Card or Check. 4. Wholesale orders are final - since all items are made fresh, we cannot accept exchanges 5. Since all wholesale orders are made fresh in small batches, please allow up to 10 business days for your wholesale order to be processed and shipped.
